Darla

Strong-willed and independent, Darla is pretty sure she’s always correct and doesn’t understand why others don’t see that. She’s perfectly happy to go along with the plans, as long as she agrees with them. That said, she has no desire to be the leader; that would be way too much work. Instead, Darla will sit in the back, throwing out suggestions but never taking the initiative to get things going. Once a plan is in motion, Darla will do her part, pitching in and getting the job done, even if she does it her own way. She’s resourceful and able to find creative ways to achieve her desired results, often with less effort than the rest of the team would put in. 

Darla’s charm and resourcefulness keeps her in the group’s good graces, even when she’s being stubborn. They know that she’s got their best interests at heart and truly cares for them, even when she threatens to quit the team when things don’t go her way or seem too hard. While at first she may seem defensive or emotionally guarded, she can be incredibly loyal to those she finally lets in.
