Quinn

Quinn is the brains of the team. Calm, composed, and observant, he is often taking in the situation and analyzing it to come up with a plan. If Cash is the big-picture guy, then he is the one who sorts through the details and gets everything in order.  He’d always rather be behind the scenes pulling the strings than be the face of the group. His plans are detailed and well thought out, but he rarely shares the full plan with the team. Instead, Quinn will share 2/3 of the plan and then keep the rest of it to himself, doling out information on a need-to-know basis. 

Some might find Quinn standoffish because of his quiet and reserved nature, but in fact it’s just that he’s so curious about what’s going on around him that he often neglects to speak up or engage. Quinn rarely smiles and keeps his inner thoughts close to the vest. He chooses to share very little about himself or to talk about his emotions—something that drives Diesel crazy. He’s not just a closed book, but one with a super-strength lock on the cover. That said, Quinn is loyal and reliable and will always work towards the team’s goals. In rare cases, he may even let a little bit of humor or playfulness slip through the cracks before pulling his stoic mask back up.
